If approved, a $500 build reservation deposit may be required to reserve your build slot. The deposit may be refundable if RiskTaker and the customer cannot agree on final scope, pricing, or timeline; non-recoverable payment processing fees may apply. Once final build scope is approved and production payments are made, payments are generally non-refundable. See the Policies page for full deposit terms.

All RiskTaker vehicles are manufactured and sold for off-road competition use only. Not manufactured for use on public streets, roads, or highways. Buyer assumes all responsibility for vehicle assembly, inspection, safety equipment, and compliance with local regulations and sanctioning body requirements.
Complete race vehicles are built for closed-course racing and off-road competition use only. They are not intended, certified, or sold for street or highway use.
