All RiskTaker Products are designed and manufactured exclusively for racing and off-road use. These products are not intended for use on public roads or highways. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with motorsports, including the potential for injury or death.

Due to the nature of the products offered, there is no warranty representation or condition of any kind, expressed or implied, including no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Use these products at your own risk. RiskTaker Products is not responsible for damage to race cars, engines, other parts, labor, personal injury, or any other damage or injury resulting from the use of its products.

In the event a product has a clear manufacturing defect upon delivery, RiskTaker Products will either replace or repair the item within 30 days of purchase, upon verification. RiskTaker Products reserves the right to make changes in design, materials, and specifications without incurring liability for similar products previously manufactured.

Many of our products are custom-built or made-to-order. Production timelines may vary depending on current demand, supply chain disruptions, material availability, and other factors beyond our control. Estimated completion dates are provided as guidelines but are not guaranteed. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout the production process.

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless a product is defective upon receipt. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss potential resolutions.

Orders for made-to-order or custom products cannot be canceled once production has begun. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before production starts.

RiskTaker Products is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once a product leaves our facility, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Customers are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance when available.

By purchasing and using our products, you assume all risks and responsibilities related to installation, operation, and maintenance. You expressly waive all claims against RiskTaker Products for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products, including claims of negligence. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure proper installation and safe use. RiskTaker Products is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation or misuse.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the installation and use of our products. RiskTaker Products is not responsible for products used in violation of any laws.

All designs, product plans, logos, and branding are the intellectual property of RiskTaker Products. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Before completing a purchase, customers must acknowledge the following statement by checking a box at checkout:

“I understand that all RiskTaker Products are for off-road and racing use only. I acknowledge the product is offered with limited warranty coverage for manufacturing defects upon delivery and accept the terms and conditions.”
